These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SuperMark browser extension and related services provided by SeedPower (“we”, “us”). By installing or using SuperMark, you agree to these Terms. 本服务条款（“条款”）适用于你对 SeedPower（“我们”）提供的 SuperMark 浏览器扩展及相关服务的使用。 安装或使用 SuperMark 即表示你同意本条款。
1. The product1. 产品
SuperMark is digital software: a browser extension that helps you browse and organize bookmarks on the new tab page for Chrome and Edge. We sell optional paid membership tiers (such as Pro and Premium). We do not sell physical goods. SuperMark 是数字软件：面向 Chrome 与 Edge 的书签新标签页扩展。 我们销售可选的付费会员档位（如 Pro、Premium），不销售实体商品。

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. 部分功能需要使用 Google 登录。你应对账户下的活动负责，并妥善保管访问凭证。
3. Membership plans3. 会员方案
- Free: Core bookmark new-tab features at no charge.Free：核心书签新标签页功能免费使用。
- Pro, Premium, and other paid plans: Optional paid subscriptions. Current prices, billing intervals (for example monthly or yearly), free-trial length when offered, and promotional discounts are shown on the pricing section and in the extension under Settings → Account. Those displays control at checkout; this Terms page does not fix a specific price or trial length. After any trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the selected interval unless you cancel. A higher-rank plan does not necessarily include every feature of lower-rank plans; entitlements are defined per plan in the extension and on the pricing page. Paid plans may include features such as compare search, plugin bar, Bing wallpapers, quick-link drag reorder, AI Organize (with restore), and—on Premium—AI Recommend, AI Website Intro, and custom model providers (BYOK), depending on the tier. Feature sets may evolve; material changes will be described in product updates. 付费档位可能包含对比搜索、插件栏、必应壁纸、快捷链接拖拽排序、AI 一键整理（含恢复），以及 Premium 的 AI 推荐书签、AI 站点介绍与自定义模型提供者（BYOK）等，具体以各档说明为准。 功能可能调整；重大变更会在产品更新中说明。
4. Payments, taxes, and Merchant of Record4. 付款、税费与 Merchant of Record
Paid membership payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem’s applicable terms for payment processing. 付费会员付款由 Creem 作为 Merchant of Record 处理。结账时可能按地区加收税费。 购买即表示你同意 Creem 相关支付条款。
5. Cancellation and refunds5. 取消与退款
You may cancel a paid membership at any time from the extension: Settings → Account → Manage billing (Creem customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests can be sent to support@seedpower.app and are handled case by case in line with applicable law and Creem policies. 你可随时在扩展内取消付费会员：设置 → 账户 → 管理账单（Creem 客户门户）。 取消后将停止续费；通常可继续使用至当前已付费周期结束。 退款请求可发送至 support@seedpower.app，我们将结合适用法律与 Creem 政策个案处理。

You agree not to misuse SuperMark, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, abuse payment flows, or use the product for unlawful purposes. 你同意不滥用 SuperMark、不尝试未经授权访问我们的系统、不滥用支付流程，也不将产品用于非法目的。
7. Intellectual property7. 知识产权
SuperMark branding, UI, and software are owned by SeedPower or its licensors. Your bookmarks and content remain yours. You must only use AI providers and content you have rights to use. SuperMark 品牌、界面与软件归 SeedPower 或其许可方所有。 你的书签与内容仍归你所有。你仅可使用你有权使用的 AI 服务与内容。
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability8. 免责声明与责任限制
SuperMark is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to SuperMark is limited to the amounts you paid us for SuperMark membership in the 3 months before the claim. 在法律允许的最大范围内，SuperMark 按“现状”提供。 我们不保证服务不中断或无错误。 在法律允许的最大范围内，与 SuperMark 相关的索赔责任总额不超过索赔前 3 个月内你就 SuperMark 会员向我们支付的金额。
